Brilliant clinic! Had breast augmentation Mr Parkash Lohana was my surgeon and Karen was my point of contact throughout my journey. I went to various clinics prior to this 1 and Mr Lohana was the only surgeon who was interested in what I was looking for rather than what other surgeons thought they could do! Mr Lohana asked me what I was hoping to achieve in regard to size, look and how I had come to decision to have the op. Only after he got an understanding of my wishes did he explain his thoughts and explained each option available. Once I picked what I would like he explained when op could be done and asked me to pick date that suited me and explained if wanted to try sizes again I only had to call and it would be arranged. On the morning of op Mr Lohana arrived and took the time to go everything discussed and put me at ease. After the op again Mr Lohana was there to ensure I was ok and comfortable. I saw Mr Lohana again and he checked implants were settling in correct position and that incisions were healing properly. I would recommend Mr Lohana to anyone considering surgery he has a very respectful and sympathetic way about him that makes you feel comfortable throughout.
